Blogging the legal challenge to Bush's programme of faith based welfare (tax payers' money for religious groups to try and convert the poor and vulnerable)

The US Supreme Court is today considering the rights of three tax payers in Wisconsin to legally challenge President Bush's funding of faith based welfare through the White House Office of Faith-Based Initiatives. The Freedom from Religion Foundation, if you are interested, is going to do some live blogging later today from Washingon on the case.
